This year I'm collaborating with a fellow Chico, CA artists, Ash and Aubry Gyrl. We will continue in the style of the Hope and Fear Portraits from 2006.
The theme for this year's project will be "What does green mean to you". We should get a variety of responses from the Green Man theme to issues of climate change and alternative energies.
The finished movie will once again be a multi-media production with still photo portraits on the open playa and also at Happy Camp on a white background. The still photos and NPR style environmental audio interviews can stand on their own, combined together they add depth and texture.
DJ i s m M I S T will once again provide the underlying music soundtrack.
I will be doing the still photo portraits, Ash and Aubry Girl the audio interviews. Post production will be done by me with the environmental audio portraits being done in a multi-textured style and combined with the photo portraits on this web site.
Image files of your personal photos and portraits are always FREE, email me the file number(s) of your image(s). I will send you the file(s) to the email address you gave me at the time your portrait was made. If you have a different email address it's up to you to convince me you are the person in the image(s).
The at cost prices charged to Burners for prints and schwag represents my cost to provide you professional quality print services. Each image is first corrected by me and then at the time of printing is also corrected by a human lab tech at Printroom Professional. This insures the prints you receive are of professional quality and will look great on your wall or in your photo album. For your portraits, I handle all the corrections to fulfill my vision of your individual portrait and no further correction is done by Printroom Professional. If you're not happy with your print(s) Printroom Professional offers a full refund or replacement of your prints.
